Picturesque lakeside setting, Unique retro décor, Well-maintained outdoor spaces
The hotel really needs improved soundproofing!!! Dated decor and cleanliness issues are hard to overlook!!! The lack of accessible dining options felt quite inconvenient as well!!! Troublesome temperature control kept us too hot!!!

It was just a perfect match for a flash stay in Gravesend with great value. The complimentary drink was a nice touch after a mishap with our meal.

really enjoyed our stay at inn on the lake. the view from our room was absolutely stunning and it felt so peaceful. the reception staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. breakfast had a great selection and was really well cooked. rooms were clean and comfy, had everything we needed.
but the bed was kinda small for a double and the walls were thin, could hear the couple next door a bit too well. also, a window didn't open fully, hope they fix that.

Staying here was a nice surprise, especially with the beautiful lake views and the relaxing garden area. I even enjoyed unwinding in the leisure room after a long drive. One thing to note is that the room decor felt a bit dated, but overall it didn't lessen the charm of the stay at all! 🌅

I had a good experience during my stay. The staff were friendly and the lake view from my room was nice. Breakfast was included and I found it to be good value for the price. Easy check-in and check-out. It felt like a solid place for a short visit.
The bathroom showed signs of wear with a few chips on the tub. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. it could benefit from some updates.

Family Friendly Experience
The room was clean and spacious with doors that opened up to a lovely lake view, you know? And the breakfast was good too, offering great veggie options. They had soya and oat milk available, nice surprise, right?
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still, overall it was acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 23lake viewfriendly staffdirty beddingunclean bathroompoor breakfast quality
The experience featured stunning lake views from the room and exceptionally friendly service from the staff, who were always polite and professional. the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty bedding and unkempt bathrooms, along with visible neglect in room maintenance such as stains and unvacuumed carpets. Breakfast was underwhelming, marked by poor quality ingredients and a lack of attentiveness in service.

Had a blast with friends at this lovely spot! Tried out the Afternoon Tea Party and explored The Water Maze—both were a hit! The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. A great place for memorable moments!
We had a bit of trouble getting our drinks at the bar one night, with prices changing unexpectedly. Just make sure to double-check your tab!

missingWrote a review on May 23outdoor barfriendly stafflarge lakeold mattress
So, the vibe here was just off. Food options felt like school cafeteria stuff and not relaxing at all. The mattress was ancient, I woke up sore. The only good thing was the outdoor bar area, which was nice, but you can't chill by the lake coz it’s locked off. Definitely not coming back.
